01. CLARITY
During the CLARITY stage of the process, we’ll dig into you, your past, your career, your business, your challenges, your concerns and your end goals. I’ll listen, ask strategic questions, make comments and observations and provide you with a fresh, outside perspective. Together, we’ll focus on and define your specific objectives and desired results.
02. OPPORTUNITY
During the OPPORTUNITY stage of the process, we’ll explore the landscape of your business and your industry to identify obstacles and opportunities. From there, we’ll decide which current market conditions and aspects of your business need to be analyzed further in order to gain further understanding of all the underlying issues.
03. DISCOVERY
During the DISCOVERY stage of the process, I’ll provide new learning and help you take on a more effective prospective. We'll discuss important fundamentals of business and take you down the path of seeing your leadership style and business structure in a new light. Then, we’ll re-approach the way you do business from a data-driven, solution-based perspective.
04. STRATEGY
During the STRATEGY stage, we’ll define and create accountability and structures through an action plan that will support sustainable results. I’ll guide you through building, executing and trouble shooting your strategy every step of the way to ensure things are sailing smoothly and you and your business are on the right track.
Methodology
My executive coaching methodology is governed by ethical behavior and incorporates:
- Communicating fully and directly through powerful inquiry and observation
- Discovering client learning styles and processes
- Exploring and reinforcing client agendas (free of judgment)
- Encouraging strategic action to gain sustainable results
